Fire asset management made simple
Scan the tag on any extinguisher, hydrant, panel or fire door. The asset opens on your phone with its AS 1851-2012 checklist ready to run. Defects, photos and reports stay in one place.
Access is by invitation. We set up your company and users.

From the register to the report
One system for the office and the technician in the field.
Register and tag
Add assets by site and location. Put a QR label or NFC tag on each one, and a scan opens the right asset on the technician's phone.
Test to the standard
Step through checklists built around AS 1851-2012. Every line is pass, fail or not applicable, and every test records who did it.
Log defects with photos
A failed line becomes a defect with notes and photos. The office turns it into a repair job and assigns it.
Reports and due dates
A PDF report for each test, and a scheduler that shows what is due at each site.
Thirteen asset types, each with its own checklist
Service frequencies follow the standard, so each asset shows up when its next test is due.

Your records stay yours
Compliance records are evidence. DossBase is built so each company sees only its own.
Separate by company
Every site, asset and test belongs to one company. Users cannot see or change another company's records.
Roles that fit the job
Office staff manage sites, jobs and reports. Technicians work on the jobs assigned to them.
A record of who did what
Tests, notes and edits carry the name of the person who made them, so the history can be trusted.
Hosted in Australia
The database runs in Sydney. Accounts are created by invitation, with no open sign-up.
How the pilot works
We are working with a small number of fire service companies first.
Tell us about your work
Send a short request. We will talk through your sites, asset types and how your technicians work today.
We set you up
We create your company, your office users and your technicians, and help you get your sites and assets in.
Test on the next job
Technicians scan, test and log defects on their phones. The office sees the results as they come in.
Ask for a place in the pilot
Tell us your company name and the kind of work you do. We will reply with the next step.
